The start of November has been wet around the Pacific Northwest. That trend will continue, with rain expected at least sometime each day in the next 10 days. Expect a break in the rain from late Tuesday to Wednesday afternoon, as the next system moves in. Highs on Wednesday and Thursday will reach the upper 50s. Rain begins late Wednesday, continuing on and off through at least Friday. Expect totals of 0.5-1” by Friday. Additionally, expect gusty winds (30-40 mph) on Thursday, with tree damage and isolated power outages possible. Stormy weather is expected through the extended period, with lots of rain & potential storms through at least the first half of November.

November is typically the rainiest and stormiest month in the Pacific Northwest. This November is definitely following suit, as a stormy start to the month is ahead.
Below is the 7 day rain forecast from the UW model.
1-3 inches of rain is likely in lowlands from Northern California to Western Washington. 3-10 inches of rain are expected on the coast and in the mountains.
Expect rain beginning late Wednesday, continuing with some breaks through at least Sunday. Totals through Sunday will be up to 1.5 inches in the interior lowlands. Expect highs starting in the upper 50s on Wednesday and Thursday, dropping to the upper 40s to low 50s by the weekend.
Gusts of 30-40 mph are possible in the lowlands, from Thursday morning to late evening. Higher gusts are possible on the coast and north of Everett. Tree damage and isolated power outages are possible.
